Would that be a form of direct assistance since the Feds are paying the bill for screening and have established a separate class based on folks who have paid airlines more?<BR/><BR/>Any comment or observation would be appreciated. I'd always thought 504 had lots of clout and that it reached much further than people realized. Reading about a limitation surprised me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
