Welcome to the disability law blog. This is an experiment. My basic goal with this blog is to provide periodic updates on cases, news, and scholarship dealing with disability law. I don't intend to be as comprehensive as a Howard Bashman or Rick Hasen, and I don't intend to offer lots of opinionated commentary. Instead, I intend basically to provide a frequently updated, probably incomplete, but hopefully helpful, source of information about the developing jurisprudence of disability law.
