An article by that title appears in today's LA Times. The article discusses an order issued by Judge Rafeedie of the Central District of California prohibiting a man from filing any further lawsuits under the ADA without first seeking leave of court. The man had filed approximately 400 prior public-accommodations suits under Title III and the parallel California antidiscrimination law, settling the majority. The article quotes three of my favorite experts on these issues -- one of whom, shockingly, seems to share my views exactly.
