Job Coaching v. Sheltered Workshops
The Capital Times (Madison, WI) has this interesting article about an ADA lawsuit by a woman with severe developmental disabilities and her parents, who allege that their county imposes spending caps on job coaching services that, combined with "a near-monopoly arrangement with one private contractor," skews "county services toward placing disabled workers in sheltered workshops where they remain segregated from their able-bodied peers."
