NCD "Righting the ADA" Report

The National Council on Disability has released its report, "Righting the ADA." This lengthy report, drafted by Professor Robert Burgdorf of the University of District of Columbia Law School., offers the proposed text for an "ADA Restoration Act" that would overturn the Supreme Court's decisions in Sutton, Murphy, Toyota, Chevron, US Airways, Barnes, and Buckhannon. An interesting opening bid in the disability community's efforts to undo the limitations the Supreme Court has placed on the ADA.
