Over at his great Equal Vote blog, Dan Tokaji has this
post about a lawsuit just filed by the PVA, among others, challenging the accessibility of voting systems in California. He includes a link to the complaint and lots of analysis. His conclusion, with which I agree, is: "This is the first case of its kind and definitely one to watch."
