Is the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Denying Kidney Transplants to Kids with Intellectual Disabilities?

That's what this story alleges.  The hospital has apparently responded by issuing a statement on their Facebook page denying that it has "any criteria which exclude patients from being considered for transplant solely on the basis of their cognitive status," but not (so far as I could see by navigating there) specifically addressing the allegations of the particular parent at issue.
