House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution Holds Hearing on Son-of-the-ADA-Notification Act

Yesterday, the Subcommittee on the Constitution of the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on H.R. 3356, the "ACCESS (ADA Compliance for Customer Entry to Stores and Services) Act," which is the latest version of the oft-proposed ADA Notification Act.  The bill's sponsor, Rep.
