This article reports that "A lack of accessibility continues to hamper the social lives of many disabled people in Ireland, according to the National Disability Authority." It goes on to discuss some of the findings.

And this article reports that public-accommodations provisions of the British Disability Discrimination Act have "done little to improve access to Ipswich shops."
