SCOTUSblog on "Terri's Law" Appeal

Lyle Denniston has a good post on SCOTUSblog discussing Florida Governor Jeb Bush's petition seeking cert. from the Florida Supreme Court's judgment invalidating "Terri's Law." This so-called "right-to-die" case has attracted national attention, though as Denniston shows it is hard to see the federal issue that Bush is in a proper position to raise before the Court.
