Spector Petitioner's Brief

The folks at SCOTUSblog have posted the petitioners' brief in Spector v. Norwegian Cruise Lines, in which the Supreme Court will decide this Term whether Title III of the ADA applies to foreign-flagged cruise ships. (Disclosure: I offered some minor assistance to Goldstein & Howe and Pam Karlan's Stanford Supreme Court clinic, who are counsel to the petitioners.)
