South Korean Disability Employment Quota Data

See this article in the Korea Times. It looks like companies that failed to meet the nation's 2 percent disability employment quota paid more in fines last year (indicating that companies that failed to meet the quota fell farther below the quota than the year before) but that the government paid more in grants to companies that met the quota (indicating that more companies were satisfying their quota obligations than the year before).
