Disability Benefits Reform in Britain

This article describes a recent report that concludes that the British system of incapacity benefits imposes severe work disincentives and should be reformed. As I argued in my recent Yale piece, these are the kinds of issues American disability law has been dealing with at least since the 1999 enactment of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act, and we'll be dealing with them more and more in the future.
