Faking Learning Disabilities?

There's an interesting article on that subject from the UCLA Daily Bruin. Tidbits, which you can take for what they're worth: Psychologists in the field seem to agree that it's really hard to fake learning disabilities to obtain accommodations on standardized tests; "malingering is most common among law school applicants," who want extra time on the LSAT; and "[i]n recent years, testing companies have set more stringent guidelines for obtaining accommodations."
